Using Supfoldr

These terms cover the Supfoldr browser extension and this website. By installing or using Supfoldr you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Your license

We give you a personal, non-exclusive license to install and use Supfoldr in your browsers. You may not resell it, or copy, modify or redistribute it except as the law allows.

Supfoldr is free to install. Paid plans (Pro, billed monthly or annually, and Lifetime) unlock more features; their price and what they include are shown before you buy.

Payment

Paid plans are sold through Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles the checkout, the payment, the receipt and any sales tax or VAT, and its own terms apply to the purchase. Your license key arrives in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email.

• Pro renews each month (Monthly) or each year (Annual) until you cancel. Cancel anytime from the link in your receipt email; it stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Lifetime is a single payment for the current version and every future update, for as long as we offer Supfoldr. If we ever stop offering it, we'll say so on this website in advance, and if that happens within 12 months of your Lifetime purchase, you get a full refund.

Price changes. We may change the price of a plan. For Pro, we'll tell you by email before your next renewal, and the new price applies only from the period after that notice; if you don't want it, cancel before then. A Lifetime price you have paid never changes.

Refunds

• 14-day money-back guarantee. If Supfoldr isn't for you, email hi@supfoldr.app within 14 days of your first purchase of Pro (Monthly or Annual) or Lifetime for a full refund. You don't need to give a reason.
• Renewals. Monthly and Annual renewal charges aren't refunded. Cancel before the renewal date to stop the next charge.
• How it works. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, through Lemon Squeezy, within 5 business days of your request. The license key from that purchase stops working once the refund is made.
• Repeated refunds. The guarantee is for trying Supfoldr once. We may refuse a refund, or a later purchase, when we see buy-and-refund repeated with the same email address or payment method.

This doesn't limit any refund right the law in your country gives you.

The AI sites are not ours

Supfoldr works inside ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok. It is not made by, endorsed by or affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or xAI, and their names and logos belong to them.

You remain bound by each site's own terms. Those sites can change at any time, which may stop a Supfoldr feature from working until we update it. Supfoldr also depends on your browser's extension rules and the Chrome Web Store, and paid plans on Lemon Squeezy. We work to keep up with changes to any of them, but we don't control them and can't promise every feature keeps working through every change.

Actions you ask Supfoldr to take

Some features act on an AI site for you: sending one question to several AIs with Ask all, and archiving or deleting chats in bulk. You start these actions and are responsible for them.

Deleting chats in bulk deletes them on the AI site itself. Supfoldr can't undo that, so check your selection before you confirm.

Your data

What you add to Supfoldr stays in your browser, as described in the Privacy policy. Keep your own copies of anything important: if you remove the extension or clear your browser's data, it is gone, and we can't restore it.

Acceptable use

Don't use Supfoldr to break the law, to break an AI site's terms, or to overload or interfere with an AI site.

No warranty

Supfoldr is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise it will be free of bugs, always available, or work with every change the AI sites make.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data or chats, arising from your use of Supfoldr. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.

Ending use

You can stop using Supfoldr at any time by removing it. We may stop offering it or change its features, and we'll say so on this website.

If part of these terms doesn't apply

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, that part is limited only as far as needed, and the rest of these terms still apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use Supfoldr after a change means you accept it.
